Harry Skydell - Seasoned Real Estate Executive in New York City

An accomplished real estate executive, Harry Skydell brings more than 35 years of experience to his position as the director of acquisition and development for The 601W Companies in New York City. In this leadership role, Harry Skydell helps guide a company with substantial commercial real estate holdings across New York City as well as cities such as Chicago, San Francisco, and Pittsburgh. Among other significant buildings, The 601W Companies owns the Mobil Building in Manhattan, which features 1.7 million square feet of commercial and office space.

Harry Skydell holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yeshiva University, where he served as the president of the student council and was a member of the varsity wrestling team. Before joining The 601W Companies, Mr. Skydell led his own real estate development firm, Hudson Park Management, for more than a decade. Beginning as a small residential real estate company with holdings in Manhattan’s Alphabet City neighborhood, the company emerged as a prominent commercial real estate firm that owned notable buildings such as the Puck Building and the Christodora House.

Outside of his professional life, Harry Skydell stands out as a noted philanthropist who supports numerous charitable organizations and initiatives. In addition to supporting groups such as Just One Life and Project YES, he serves on the Executive Board of Directors of Yeshiva Torah Vodaath in Brooklyn, one of the country’s oldest yeshivas, as well as on the Board of Directors of Yeshiva University's RIETS School, among many others.
